HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

grains: rice, beans
Veg: potatoe
Fuit: starwberries, oranges and mango
Dairy:
proteins: Turkey & beef
Fat / Sweets: Pumpkin Pie & chocolate cookies
Beverages: Orange juice and wine

2. I felt awesome and what i ate was delicous. Even the sweets.

3. Last thing i ate was a fruit salad. i felt relax and happy at the end.
