2. today i had chicken soup with corrot & peas. it was ok. I enjoy, it because i haven't had a home made soup for a while and it was delicious! yummmmy!
3. I feel normal, little tire but i'll rest later. The last thing i ate was chicken soup.

Grains/Starches: white rice, whole wheat cereal

Dairy: soy milk
Proteins: chicken
Fats/ sweet: n/a
beverages: ice tea
2. I had only lunch today, which was chicken brocoli with white rice with a refreshing iced tea. Later night I had cereal. I feel good about my choices because it wasn't a heavy meal.
3. i was happy, normal not tired! which usually doesn't happen. i had cereal.

Dairy:sour cream, cheese
Proteins: chicken
Fats/ sweets: french fries. spicy green sauce
Beverage: water.
2. i ate enchiladas with green spicy sauce. my meal was ok, something typical my fmaily does. i wasn't happy with my meal because i'm tired of eating the same similar food. i love to try different kinds of foods.
3. My mood is ok-normal- relaxing. the last thing i ate was french fries.

2. my meal was Chicken Pad Thai!!! i love it! in was happy with my meal because i ate my favorite food!

2. i had chinese food: Chicken , Brocoli, with white rice! i know fating but i was craving for it. i felt pretty good because i got to eat something i haven't eating in a while.
3. i was tired. i guess because the food was heavy and it made me sleepy. the last thing i ate was the chinese food.

Beverage: green tea(cold) and then hot green tea
2. well, i had brown rice at bottm, then bean and the chicken....YUMMY!! It was delicious!! i was happy with mean because i've been craving for that food!
