Monday { 11/16/09 }

Grains/Starches: whole weat bread.
Vegetables:n/a
fruits: n/a
Dairy: cheese
proteins: chicken
fats/sweets: nutter butters(yummy)
beverages: green tea, iced tea, water, fat-free milk

2. i was fine with my food choices today. I didnt eat much except drink alot. Is usually my diet is one meal and drink alot of beverages.

3. I'm tire and im going to bed now. i just finish eating my nutter butter with my milk.^_^
